Will this software work on my Mac?
Yes, if you purchase the specific QuickBooks Desktop for Mac version. Please note that the standard QuickBooks Desktop for Windows (Pro, Premier, Enterprise) will not run natively on macOS. Before purchasing, verify that the product title explicitly states “For Mac.” If you have already purchased a Windows version, you would need a virtualization tool like Parallels to run it on a Mac. Always review the System Requirements on the product page to ensure compatibility.
2. Digital Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery is typically instant. Most customers receive their license key and download link via email within 5 to 15 minutes. In rare cases involving manual fraud verification, please allow up to 12 hours (or 24 hours on weekends).
Will I receive a physical box or CD?
No. Opto Advisors is a digital-only retailer. By providing download links instead of physical media, we are able to offer faster delivery and lower prices.
I haven’t received my email. What should I do?
Check your Spam/Junk folder.

What if the license key doesn't work?
If you receive an error message, please send us a screenshot. Once we verify the key is faulty and hasn’t been used, we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
