01 Delivery Method
All Joenap products are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Direct download link sent to your registered email address.
- Access to your customer account dashboard, where your purchases remain available.
- License key or activation code, where applicable, provided in the same email.
- Publisher-specific delivery for products that require activation through a third-party developer portal, clearly stated on the product page.
02 Delivery Timeline
Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:
- Manual fraud or order verification.
- Delays from a third-party publisher portal.
- Temporary email-delivery issues on your provider's side.
If you have not received your order within 24 hours, please contact our support team at contact@joenap.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
03 Delivery Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation that includes:
- Your order number and date of purchase.
- The full list of products purchased.
- Your download links and license key(s).
- Installation and activation instructions, where applicable.
04 Download Availability
Download links are typically valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that period, you can re-download your products at any time by logging into your customer account, or by contacting our support team for a renewed link.
05 Failed Delivery
If your delivery email does not arrive, please:
- Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
- Confirm that the email address used at checkout is correct.
- Add contact@joenap.com to your email contacts or safe-sender list.
- If the issue persists, contact us. We re-send orders manually within one business day.
06 Country Restrictions
Because Joenap sells digital products, our store is accessible worldwide. However, some products from specific publishers may be restricted in certain regions due to licensing agreements or export laws. Any such restrictions are clearly listed on the product page.
07 No Physical Shipping
Joenap does not ship physical media, such as USB drives, CDs, or boxed software. All products are delivered as digital downloads. We therefore do not charge shipping fees, and physical-shipping policies do not apply to our store.
