01 Ordering & Delivery

How quickly will I receive my product?

Most orders are delivered automatically within minutes of a successful payment. You will receive an email with your download link and license details.

What happens if I don't receive the email?

Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders, and confirm that you typed the correct email address. If you still cannot find the email, contact us at contact@joenap.com and we will re-send it promptly.

Do you ship physical products?

No. Joenap sells digital products only. There are no shipping fees, and there are no physical items mailed to you.

Are the products available worldwide?

Yes, with rare exceptions where a specific publisher restricts a product to certain regions. Any such restriction is clearly indicated on the product page.

02 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and payments through PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported where available.

Is my payment information safe?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see or store your full card number.

In what currency are products priced?

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your bank or PayPal may apply its standard conversion rate if you pay in another currency.

03 Licensing

Are the products legitimate?

Yes. Every product on Joenap is genuine and properly licensed. We do not sell pirated, cracked, or unauthorized software.

Can I use the products for commercial projects?

In most cases, yes. Specific use rights are detailed on each product page and in the publisher's EULA. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase.

How many devices can I install on?

This depends on the product and publisher. Most permit installation on one to three personal computers belonging to the same owner. The exact number is shown on the product page.

04 Refunds & Support

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We offer a 30-day refund guarantee on eligible products. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

I'm having a technical issue. Can you help?

Absolutely. Email us at contact@joenap.com with your order number and a description of the problem, and our support team will assist you within one business day.

What if my license key won't activate?

Contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot the issue with you and, if necessary, replace the key or issue a refund.

05 Account & Downloads

Do I need an account to buy?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to re-download your products and view your order history.

How long are my download links valid?

Download links typically remain active for 30 days. After that, you can re-download from your account or request a new link from our support team.
