01 Authenticity Guarantee
Every product sold on Joenap is genuine and properly licensed. We guarantee that:
- All software is obtained from authorized publishers or developed under valid agreements.
- License keys are legitimate, unused, and registered to you upon delivery.
- We do not sell pirated, cracked, leaked, or otherwise unauthorized software.
If a license key fails to activate due to authenticity issues, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
02 Functionality Guarantee
We guarantee that products will function substantially as described on the product page when used on a compatible system. If a product is defective at the time of download or fails to operate as advertised, we will:
- Provide free technical assistance to resolve the issue.
- Replace the product or license if the defect cannot be resolved.
- Issue a full refund if neither replacement nor repair is possible.
03 Coverage Period
Our warranty applies for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, support remains available, but replacements or refunds for defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
04 What Is Not Covered
- Issues caused by incompatible operating systems, outdated drivers, or unsupported hardware.
- Problems resulting from modifications, unauthorized installations, or third-party plugins.
- Subjective preferences, for example deciding you prefer a different sound or workflow.
- Damage caused by user error, malware, or unrelated system failures.
- Conflicts with software not listed in the publisher's official compatibility list.

- Attach screenshots, error messages, or videos where helpful.
- Our team will respond within one business day with troubleshooting steps or next actions.

06 Updates and Compatibility
Software updates are released by publishers at their own discretion. While we do our best to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that future operating-system or DAW updates will remain compatible with previously released products.
