Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how Joenap processes payments, which payment methods we accept, and how we protect your financial information.

01 Accepted Payment Methods

Joenap accepts the following payment methods through our secure checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
  • PayPal: pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any card supported by PayPal.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your device and region.

We do not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers, gift cards, or cash payments.

02 Currency

All prices on Joenap are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). If you pay with a card or PayPal account denominated in another currency, your bank or PayPal will apply its standard conversion rate, which may include a foreign-exchange fee outside our control.

03 Payment Security

Joenap takes payment security seriously:

  • Our checkout pages are served over HTTPS using TLS encryption.
  • Stripe and PayPal are both PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security.
  • We never see, store, or have access to your full card number or CVV.
  • All transactions are screened for fraud using industry-standard tools.

04 Authorization and Charges

When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the total amount, including any applicable taxes. If authorization is successful, the charge is processed and your order is confirmed. If authorization fails, your order will not be completed and you will be prompted to try a different method.

05 Taxes and Fees

Depending on your billing location, applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout. Joenap does not add hidden fees. The total displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged.

06 Order Verification

To protect both customers and the business, some orders may be reviewed manually before delivery. Verification can include confirming the billing address, contacting you by email, or requesting additional information. We complete most reviews within a few hours.

07 Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Verify your billing information, especially the billing address and ZIP code.
  • Confirm with your bank that the transaction is not being blocked.
  • Try an alternative payment method.

Joenap does not store declined-payment information.

08 Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through our support team. Unjustified chargebacks, for example after the product has been downloaded and used as intended, may result in suspension of your account and recovery actions in accordance with applicable law.

09 Invoices and Receipts

You will receive an email receipt for every successful purchase. Additional invoices for business or tax purposes are available on request.
