This Software Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of any digital product purchased from Joenap. By downloading, installing, or using a product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Where a third-party publisher's end-user license agreement (EULA) is included with the product, that EULA also applies and prevails on conflicting terms.
01 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the applicable EULA, Joenap, or the original publisher as applicable, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the purchased product for personal or commercial music production, within the limits described below.
02 Permitted Use
- Install the product on the number of devices specified by the publisher, typically one to three personal computers.
- Use the product to create music and audio content, including for commercial release, unless the product's page or EULA expressly limits commercial use.
- Make a single backup copy of the installer for personal archival purposes.
03 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or share the product or its license key with any other person or entity.
- Upload the product to file-sharing networks, public repositories, or download sites.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the product, except where expressly allowed by law.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice.
- Use the product to produce content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
- Bypass any technical protection, activation, or licensing system.
04 Sample Packs and Royalty-Free Content
Sample packs, loops, and preset libraries sold on Joenap are typically royalty-free, meaning you can use them in your own music productions without paying additional royalties. However, you may not redistribute the raw samples, presets, or content as a standalone product, in a competing sample pack, or in any form that allows third parties to extract them for reuse. Specific terms vary by product and are detailed on each product page.
05 Ownership
All products remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers or developers. This Agreement licenses, but does not transfer, ownership. No rights are granted other than those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
06 License Transfer
Licenses are personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without the explicit written consent of the publisher. Some publishers operate official license-transfer programs; contact us if you have a specific transfer request.
07 Updates and Upgrades
Free updates within the same major version are typically provided by the publisher. Major version upgrades may require an additional purchase. Update policies vary by publisher and are described on each product page where applicable.
08 Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement or if a refund is issued. Upon termination, you must uninstall the product and delete all copies in your possession.
09 Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the product in compliance with all applicable laws, including export controls, intellectual property laws, and consumer protection regulations.
10 Disclaimer
Products are licensed "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Joenap nor any publisher makes any warranty that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements, except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy.
11 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
