At Joenap, we stand behind the authenticity of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the protections provided for every digital license key sold through our store.

1. Our “Valid License” Guarantee

We guarantee that every software license key purchased from us is:

  • Authentic: Sourced through legitimate distribution channels.

  • Unused: A unique key that has never been previously activated.

  • Valid for Activation: Guaranteed to activate the specific software version advertised.

Coverage Period: This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your license key fails to activate within this window, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

2. Independent Retailer Disclosure

Joenap is an independent retailer and not the manufacturer of the software (Intuit Inc.).

  • Software Performance: We do not warrant that the software itself will be bug-free or uninterrupted. Issues related to software code, internal glitches, or data file errors are governed by the Manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

  • Technical Support: While we assist with activation, deep technical support for software-specific bugs may require direct contact with the manufacturer.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty applies strictly to the activation validity of the license key. It does not cover:

  • Incompatibility: Failure to meet minimum hardware or operating system requirements (e.g., attempting to install PC-only software on a Mac).

  • User Error: Issues resulting from improper installation, data deletion, or general misuse.

  • External Conflicts: Issues caused by viruses, third-party applications, or operating system updates that conflict with the software.

4. How to Claim a Warranty Replacement

If you encounter a defective license key, please follow these steps:

  2. Submit Evidence: Provide your Order Number and a screenshot of the specific error message received during activation.

  3. Rapid Resolution: Once the key status is verified as defective, we will issue a replacement key within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited exclusively to the replacement of the defective license key or a refund of the purchase price. Joenap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
